RETURNING CLIENTS If you haven’t been to the clinic in over 1-year please book an Extended (60-minute) Follow-Up to ensure that we have time to review any changes in your health and create an updated plan.

Naturopathic Medicine

Dr. Andrea Proulx

Dr Andréa obtained her undergraduate degree in life sciences to learn about how the human body works and performs. While in university, she continued to train hard as a varsity pole vaulters and hurdler for the track team.

Dr Andréa went on to complete a 4-year full-time degree in naturopathic medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto Ontario, Canada. This is when she fell in love with the sport of Ultimate Frisbee.

She has been in private practice for over 15 years working in Ottawa Canada. She advocates for exercise in medicine and lives this through Ultimate Frisbee, running, cycling and cross-country skiing. Andréa was a member of Team Canada Beach Ultimate in 2017 realizing a life-long dream to wear the maple leaf in international competition.
